These terms govern your use of the Memora service. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
Memora is a media preparation and digitisation service. We convert, restore, and prepare customer-supplied photographs and video materials for digital delivery on your chosen digital photo frame.
An order is created when you register an account, select a frame, and submit an order through the Memora portal. You must upload your files and complete payment before processing begins. No contract is formed until payment has been received in full.
Your total price comprises the cost of your chosen frame plus a preparation and storage fee of £15 per GB of uploaded media (minimum £7.50 for up to 500 MB). The price is calculated based on your uploaded files and displayed before you pay. Payment is required in full before processing begins. We accept payment by credit and debit card via Stripe's secure payment system.
All prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. We will notify you by email when your order has been processed and dispatched. During busy periods, turnaround may be longer than usual.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
Uploaded files are retained for a maximum of 14 days from the date of order dispatch, after which they are permanently deleted — unless you request deletion before that date.
You retain full ownership of all materials you submit. By uploading to Memora, you grant us a limited licence to process your files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not use your materials for any other purpose.
You may cancel your order at any time before processing has begun for a full refund. Once processing has started, refunds are issued at our discretion. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

We take all reasonable care in handling your materials. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of irreplaceable sentimental items. We strongly recommend you retain originals.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
